Enjoy spying on me unaware, constipated and clearly frustrated on the toilet. I sit and wait, doing my best to relax my belly to finally let the hard stuck log slide out. I decide to squat on the toilet since this tends to work best for me when constipated. Still takes sooo long!! I decide to take it as a practice to relax and let go and yay, finally you see little hard shits slide out followed by a bigger hard shit. I feel so relieved and grateful for this success. I wipe my butt and walk out feeling content.
